  • What if I have a problem with my service?
    If you have any problems with the work performed, technician, or payment, please submit a dispute in app, contact us via the form at the middle of this page or give us a call between 9:00am-5:00PM EST.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    You can cancel any app booking request free of charge for up to 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, a fee of $9.99 will be charged. If the tech has started service and you cancel, you will be charged a 1-hour minimum + any additonal time the technician has been working.
  • How do I book a tech?
    Booking a technician is very easy. 1. Download Loyal Techs app and create an account. 2. Push "Book A Technician" and fill out the form. 3. Push "Book Tech" 4. The app automatically connects you with a local technician in 10 minutes or less.
  • What about tips?
    Feel free to thank your tech with a tip in app once service has been completed. 100% of tips go to the tech.
  • How does pricing work?
    In Home Support: $99.99/hr with 1 hour minimum Remote Support: $59.99/hr with 1 hour minimum Cancel En Route (In Home Only): $9.99 All services have a 1 hour minimum from the time the technician starts work. Installations: All parts must be provided by the customer. Loyal Techs is unable to purchase parts on your behalf. 14 Day Money Back Guarantee: We guarantee our work for 14 days. If for any reason you feel the problem was not solved or the work completed was inadequate, a tech will follow up free of charge or you will receive a full refund.
