What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel any app booking request free of charge for up to 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, a booking fee will not be refunded. If the tech has started service and you cancel, you will be charged for the time the tech is on-site at an hourly rate in additon to a booking fee.
How do I book a tech?
Booking a technician is very easy. For in home support, simply describe the problem you are experiencing, select the device type, and select the devices operating system or firmware and press "Book A Tech" via Loyal Techs mobile app. For commercial services, simply call (855) 915-6925.
What about tips?
Feel free to thank your tech with a tip in app once service has been completed. 100% of tips go to the tech.
