We guarantee our work for 7 days. If for any reason you feel the problem was not solved or the work completed was inadequate, a tech will follow up free of charge or you will receive a full refund.

What if I have a problem with my service?

If you have any problems with the work performed, technician, or payment, please contact us via the form at the bottom of this page or submit a ticket in the app.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel any app booking request free of charge for up to 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, a booking fee will not be refunded. If the tech has started service and you cancel, you will be charged for the time the tech is on-site at an hourly rate in additon to a booking fee.

How do I book a tech?

Booking a technician is very easy. For in home support, simply describe the problem you are experiencing, select the device type, and select the devices operating system or firmware and press "Book A Tech" via Loyal Techs mobile app. For commercial services, simply call (855) 915-6925.

What about tips?

Feel free to thank your tech with a tip in app once service has been completed. 100% of tips go to the tech.

How does pricing work?

Home booking requests will be charged an inital booking fee. Once a tech has arrived at your home or connected remotely to your system an hourly charge will be applied with a 1 hour minimum. If the tech solves the problem in under 20 minutes a simple "Quick Fix" fee will be added in additon to a booking fee with no hourly charge. Commercial booking requests will be charged an initial booking fee and then hourly once the tech has arrived on-site with a 1 hour minimum.
